using premium spotify with iPhone

I am a Spotify Premium user on my computer. But I can't get it on my iPhone 6s. I get a message saying I have to log in with a number for my user name and create a password. How do I long in with the username provided and create a password? On my device or on my computer first off and second if it is on my device how do I do this.

Hey! Please check if you're logged into the same account that is the Premium one. Double check that, also for example check if on both devices it has the same playlists. If it says to login with your number, just input the number added to your account.
