where is the tools button on the mobile app

i cant find the tools button in app and all the guides spotify have posted online are not helpful at all. they do not tell me how to get to the tools icon

Having the same problem. I want to create episodes but the ‘tools’ option in settings is not there. Not on mobile, desktop or web player..

Could you be more specific about the options you're looking for? What exactly do you want to do from the app? If you're trying to create a new playlist, go to the Home tab and select the + button.

In the Spotify help page for creating an episode, it tells you to go to “tools” and like the + icon to make an episode in the mobile app, but in the mobile app, a “tool” button or function is nowhere to be found.
