Just to check, do you notice any difference after clearing stored cache from the app? Once it's done, make sure to sign out from the app and back in again, as this will resync your account info.
You can also try reinstalling the app following these steps, which will clear stored cache too, as well as ensure that you're running the latest app version.
Shouldn't that do the trick, could you let us know what device & OS version that you're using, along with the Spotify version? Feel free to include a video showing how things look from your end, so that we can have a look as well.

Thanks for this help Maria! Unfortunately clearing my cache and reinstalling the app by following the instructions provided did not work.
This is an iPhone 13 Pro with iOS 17.5.1. I am running Spotify version 8.9.50.491.
I have included a video as well. It does not clearly show me tapping on the Queue button, but each time I do, it’s now driving me back to “Liked Songs”. As a result, I have no means to access the songs I had placed into my queue.

That's odd. Could you ask a friend or a relative to log in to their account on your iPhone to see if they can replicate this behavior? This will help us understand if the issue is account-related. Also, it'd be helpful if you could try logging in to your account on a different phone to see if the same happens.
On another note, would you mind giving a different internet connection a go to see if the same happens?
Lastly, it's worth checking if the OS of your iPhone has any pending updates.

I logged onto my account on another iPhone and am experiencing the same issue. Sometimes the Queue button takes me to “Liked Songs”, and other times it will take me to the last viewed albums, but never the Queue. It seems to do what it wants!
I was not able to try this users account on my iPhone as they are not Premium and cannot create a Queue.
This has been ongoing for a few months now, so I have tried many internet connections. My phone is up to date and I usually update it as soon as I can.

It's possible that the issue is isolated to your account. In this case, it'd be best to reach out to the folks over at Customer Support as they have the necessary tools to help further.
