My Question or Issue

Dear Spotify team, 

 

I'd like to report about my issue with playing any Podcast, I couldn't play any Podcast for 3 days recently. 

 

I've tried to uninstalled the app and redownloaded it, but it's still not working. 

 

I'm looking forward to hearing from you guys soon.

Hope you're doing well! 

We understand you’ve already tried reinstalling. However, we’d like to suggest a clean reinstall as this is more thorough than a regular one and can be helpful to get rid of any cache that might be causing trouble. 

I'll be on the lookout for your reply.

I'm having the same issue but with one specific podcast. Other podcasts play fine except for one in particular. I did a clean install and nothing.

Does the podcast play on any of your devices and were you able to play it at some point?

 

Could you also send us the URL of the podcast and let us know your country so that we could check if it's available?

 

We'll also need to know what device you're suing and its operating system to be able to investigate further.
