Who Me Too'd this topic

Hello,

I'm trying to use the web player on my Samsung TV Smart Web Browser (my TV does come with the app but I don't have premium in order to use it).

I can log in on the web browser/ web player, navigate to my songs or playlists and play one song, but as soon as an ad cues up (which is more often than not after the first track), the player gets stuck and won't play the ad. It shows "-1-1" at the start time, will show the name of the ad, but won't play.

The only way to get the player to continue is by refreshing the browser but it'll go through the same process.

TV software is all up to date and I suspect it's just a compatibility issue but any help would be appreciated. Strange it will do most things bar play ads?!
