Unsubscribing from Spotify via Rogers

Hi all!

I had been getting access to Spotify premium directly from my cellphone service provider, Rogers. I decided however to switch to the family plan, as it made more sense for my needs. I cancelled the option with Rogers, but whenever I try to sign up directly on Spotify for the family plan I keep getting a message saying my services are with Rogers and that they need to be managed with them. How long can it take before it gets updated? I don't want to go too long without a premium or family plan.
