My Question or Issue

I have uninstalled and reinstalled, cleared data/cache, and it still will not work on my firestick. Uo until today its worked fine, but now i can log in select a playlist and itll play the first few seconds of a song with no sound, i can click pause and it reverts back to 00:00, then i can no longer hit play or switch songs. Ive tried multiple playlist and its the same every time after that initial pause i can no longer select another playlist but it allows me to heart and unheart music. I dont know what to do
