My Question or Issue

I have a Premium Subscription and I am currently living in France with my partner for at least the next 12 months. I've tried to add my partner on a Duo membership but when she tries to use the link it is saying that it cannot be processed as the country (France) is not the location the account registered to (Ireland). 

If I want to change my location I am being told that I need to pay from a French account. I don't have one, I don't need one. My Irish bank account is an EU/SEPA account.

 

How do I get around this problem?
