Lost Premium account, playlists, etc: Unanswered case and frustrated!

I deactivated my facebook account and subsequently lost my account, inluding premium membership, playlists, etc... I have tried contacting Spotify through a contact form *twice* with no response. Both of those were over a week ago. At this point I am so frustrated I am ready to go find another music provider, but I do not want my credit card billed for a premium account that I can no longer even access. This is also the second week of the month I have not had premium after PAYING for the month.
