Hey,

I've already paid for Spotify Premium but I still didn't get it.

Im still on free but I got my receipt. Could you fix it?

I have 2 receipts, one on email and one on my account page.

Hope you’re doing great!

 

Could you try signing out/in? If that doesn’t help, could you log into your account and let me know if your subscription shows up a ‘Free’?

It's still free on my account page.

If you can't make use of the Premium features, could you check out this page and go through the steps? 🙂

 

Also be sure to check the following:

  • Log out and back into your account
  • Check the status of your subscription
  • Check the status of your payment
  • Check that your Premium subscription isn't on another account
