1 Month subscription but only few days left

Hello i just subscripted an 1 month family subscription but my premium acc exp in 20 days. It Should be until 20.01.17 but it is until 09.01.17. Can anyone help me?

Hey @Ric27,

When you upgrade your subscription from regular Premium to Premium for Family, any remaining time you've already paid for is converted into a Premium for Family subscription. This can bring your next payment date forward. (See your subscription page.)
