Sorry if this has already been answered but I'm paying $12.99 a month and the website advertises $9.99 a month. Why am I paying so much and how can I change this?

$12,99 because you Subscribed through Apple, you can Cancel your Subscription by following this tutorial:

Then after your Premium month is over you can Subsribe through Spotify.
