Hello there,

 

by mistake I took an abo Premium and a Premium Family.

 

However I only want the Premium Family one, and I already paid the 9,90€ for the normal Premium.

 

So first I want to stop it, and second to get my money back.

 

Can someone tell me how to do that?

Hey @flowpow19,

 

When you upgrade your subscription from regular Premium to Premium for Family, your next payment date will likely be a few days earlier than it had been. This is because of the difference between the price of Premium for Family and the regular Premium subscription you were on.

 

So yeah, your remaining time of Premium has been converted into your Premium for Family subscription so you didn't really lose any money. 🙂
