3 months for 99cents problems

i never used spotify premium before at the begin page of spotify it showed a promotion for the first three months of premium at 99 cents per month. When I activated premium I did not get the promotional rate. How do I get this fixed? I was charged the normal $9.99 per month. i feel scammed because i payed $9.99 for one month while i actually thought i was buying for 3 months. i see more posts about this from people with the same problem i hope this can get fixed.
