My Question or Issue
Was working fine until yesterday, I had just installed Nord VPN (which I assume might be the problem) but now I can't log in even with Nord disabled. Spotify is still signed in fine and works on my Macbook and Android phone, my Android phone is also using Nord VPN and is working fine. wondering if I've triggered some sort of account flag because I would have been using spotify on two different IP's or something.
Before you answer, I have tried:
- turned off proxy in settings in spotify
- enabled spotify through the windows firewall
- turned off Nord VPN
- checked that my country was set correctly when I logged in on the web portal
- re added my payment method for the country im in
- re installed spotify
being able to use spotify with this VPN on is pretty crucial feature for me, and at the moment I cant even use it at all, please help.

for anyone that finds this, all I had to do was close spotify completely and re-open it.
