Someone is using my account, I've changed my password but I can't get rid of them. It's really irritating what do I do?

You could keep that account and make a new accout. If you are worried about loosing your music, make your playlists public on your hacked account, and then with your new account (if you make one) follow your playlist that you have on your hacked account so then you will have all your music the same as it was before. After that you could also delete all your friends on your hacked account so they are not at risk.
