Ability to View All Playlist Followers

I forgot my password to spotify. When I enter the "forgotten password menu" and I enter my login name, I receive no e-mail from spotify. And when I enter the my e-mail address instead of the my spotify login name, it tells me that there is no such address registered. I am 100 % sure that I enter the e-mail correctly and that it is the correct email address. What to do now? I cannot log-in (although I am a premium user). I am left with only option to unsubscribe from Spotify. I dont wanna do that. I just want to link my account to the correct (my) e-mail address and recover my password. Thank you for any help.

Have you tried logging into the spotify website instead of the app/music player?
