Hey spotify

I live in Maharashtra, India

I don't understand Hindi

I can only understand marathi and little bit English but spotify keep showing me Hindi content on my home page kindly please help me with it.

On top of the steps @Billy-J provided, we’d also recommend having a look in the Idea Exchange, where you can either vote for an existing idea or you can submit your own.

I live in India and it is a country with multiple languages nearly 16 official languages are in India not everyone can understand Hindi every state has its own different language and culture As I mentioned above I don't understand Hindi I don't like Hindi music in my playlist but Spotify keep adding and suggesting Hindi songs for me 

Let's just Imagine You live US and you can only understand English would you like to listen Japanese song or would you like to listen Thai music absolutely not. Why would someone listen songs in language which they don't understand

Hi there @avrahul,

We understand that it must be frustrating to hear ads and get song recommendations in a language that you can't call your own. Our developers try to constantly improve the app and the user experience. They take into consideration user feedback from the ideas posted in the Idea Exchange, so the best way to request a feature to be implemented or changed is though there.

We can't say exactly when or if an option to select a proffered recommendations language would become available, but there have been plenty of changes to the app based on user requests 🙂

Problem is not with ads, I am totally comfortable with ads (on free basis) problem is with content in language you provide,

It's all about user experience and music. Music recommendations must be in a language that user know and understand.
