Accessing Spotify on AV receiver

Hello,

I set up my premium account when in UK, I have now moved to Kuwait, the premium access is ok  on my iPhone and iPad.

I recently bought a ONKYO (with updated firmware) receiver that can allgedly access Spotify when networked. When I try to log in, it says there is an error. Is it because I am i Kuwait?

The network conection when on wifi isn't an issue for the app, so not sure if geography is an issue or not.

Any advice is appreciated.
