Accidentally set up 2 accounts

 I have been charged twice over the past 4 months, probablly longer than that. I realized I accidentally set up 2 accounts, one through my account and one through paypal. I logged out of one device to log onto another and used the email I thought I orginally used but it was a different one, it took me through the sign up process so I thought I had to reenter all the info because it was a new device. I am wanting to update to premium family so can I close one of the accounts and get credit for the 4 months I was charged twice to go toward the upgrade? Thank you in advance for your help.

the quickest way to contact spotify directly is via here or @SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter.

 

if you let them know as much as you can about your problem, they can have a look on their end and sort out the over-charge ASAP ^-^
