Account Compromised - Email and password changed

I just found out that my account has been compromised.

I normally use FB to sign in. I just went in to change my email to my new one, and I saw that the email is not one of mine. I believe who ever did this has also changed the password.

I dont know when this was done, as I only just noticed.

Is there a way to change my email with out needing the password?

I created the account with facebook.

Is there a way to reset the email address back to what is on the FB account that I made the spotify account with?

The last email I got on my normal email account is on the 24th of Jan, so I guess it was changed after then.
