Account Disabled

Recently there was some issue with my paypal and caused my spotify account to be disabled !

I have raised a message but have not heard from anyone (case: 01105601).

Can someone help me ? I feel odd not being able to login my accounting and listen to my playlists 😞

How long ago did you get in touch @syong ? 

If you could also reply directly to the automated email reply with the case number in it (if you haven't already done so) that will bump your case to make sure it gets to an advisor. If you don't hear anything within 48 hours of doing that, let us know here.

I have logged the incident on Thursday.

Give it another 24 hours, if your case is with the right team its just a case of waiting it out normally. 😞
