Account Frozen

Recently I wasn't able to pay the fee for my spotify premium family subscription. One of the accounts on the family plan just dropped down to the free version, but the other froze. The frozen one can't play any saved albums or songs, nor any previously downloaded songs, nor any searched songs. It's essentially frozen and won't play anything. Help?

That's odd. Have you tried logging out and back in to shake things up? If that doesn't help, try a clean re-install and see if that fixes it.

I tried both logging out and deleting then reinstalling and neither worked, thank you though

In this case, I'd recommend you get in touch with a member of the Spotify staff so that they can take a look behind the scenes for you. You can drop them a line on social media (Twitter or Facebook) or by using the contact form. Make sure, if you use the latter, to reply to the automated email you'll receive directing you back to the help pages, even if it's from a no-reply!

Support usually gets back within a day or two.
