My Question or Issue
My payment is succeeded so that's not the problem. Also this account isn't connected to another premium account so that's not the problem either. And I already logged out and in again and that didn't work either.
Please help me... i try in this forum, not working. uninstall my app and download again, but still can't become premium again

Can you tell us more so we'd be able to help you better?
If you have 2 accounts, it's possible to merge them together to avoid confusion.
If you want to change the email address in an account created through the Spotify website, it's possible. If you want to change the email address in an account created through Facebook, you should reach out to support.

If you've followed @OneByBoo's suggestion and confirmed you only have the two accounts you mentioned, try with the steps in this support site article (in particular, under Check the status of your subscription and Check the status of your payment) to see whether you successfully activated Premium or something went wrong despite the payment confirmation you received.
In case you confirm that the Premium activation was successful but can't access the related Spotify account, feel free to follow @Petya's suggestion and reach out to our folks in the Support team by clicking here (follow the steps under Write to us).
