Account Issues

I have paid my monthly subscription by debit card, but Spotify is still requesting payment. My bank has confirmed payment to Spotify but nothing on Spotify is showing this. I have filled out 2 request forms regarding this and have received no reply at all.

 I will be left with no option if somebody does not respond from Spotify.

I will contact my bank explaning what I have done, and will have the payment reversed and will start to use another streaming service.

Hi @bazisalive You can check your payment receipts on your account at www.spotify.com. If you don't see them, it's possible that you have paid premium for another account. Please, verify this scenario since it would be very very rare that you are not getting premium if you already paid.

i have the same issue I just paid with my card and the balance in the bak shows that the money was taken from it. I dont understand why I still have the problem with yuo guys. I need answer

I have spoken with somebody at VISA this morning, the transaction is 'pending'.

They have confirmed payment has been processed and all that is left is for Spotify to claim the money which is being held.
