Account charged for months without Premium access

Account charged for months without Premium access

Hi Spotify,

 

My wife just won an argument with me when she showed me that we actually HAVE been paying for Spotify Premium for months without actually being able to access Premium.  Since I haven't used Premium, I was sure we weren't being charged.  I was wrong.  Please refund us the money from January onward, as we have never been able to use your service.

 

I didn't want to publish this publicly, but I was unable to find a way to send you a message directly.

Hello!

I'd reccommend you to discuss this topic directly with Spotify. They'll decide if you will be able to have the refund.

You can contact support here so they can help you.

If you receive an automated email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.
Support usually answers within 24-48 hours.
