Account error

i had a Spotify premium account for 6 months and now when I try to login with my Facebook account it keeps giving me the 408 error and I cannot access my songs that I downloaded at all not can I access the account 

please help

Hope you're doing great!

In this case, could you try using another browser or incognito mode to see if that makes a difference?

If that doesn't help, could you send me a screenshot of the error message being shown? Please hide senitive info when posting to the community.
