Account hacked

My Spotify premium account has been hacked and my membership has been converted into a family membership with invites being sent to different people that are completely unfamiliar to me. I have tried logging off everywhere, changing password etc. but nothing helps - I still freqeuntly experience that my account is used on devices I am not familar with. This is obviously completely unacceptable and I have hard time understanding how this at all is possible. To avoid any further account abuse, I have today cancelled my subscription, but I welcome any suggestions on how to avoid that a Spotify account is hacked and what to do once it has happenend.

Hi @Kris78 !

If you think that your account has been stolen, I would suggest you to contact support through the anonymous contact form. This is alternative form so you can enter an email which you can access to get the reply, please make sure that this is an email that is not compromised, and that you have access to it.
