My Question or Issue

I'm seeing "recently played" playlists I don't recognize on my home, russian and chinese/japanese songs (not sure), I already changed the password weeks ago, and the activity is still going on.

 

I signed out everywhere now, and while checking out my members page (since I'm a premium for family subscriber) I found an unrecognized email registered as my family member.

 

As far as I know you can only add members in your family if it's proven that you're living in the same address right? Will the system also notify me if a member is added or if my account is logged in from somewhere spotify is not familiar with and tag it as a suspicious activity?

 

How likely that I am hacked? What do you guys think?
