This is my second account. I used to have a premium account under a different mail. I've been using premium for a lot of time now. Please help me get my account back. I've written to Spotify for two times now.

I'm sorry to hear this. There are some steps you can take for this here, but seems like you've already gotten in touch with Spotify. If you just recently got in touch with them, please allow some time for them to get back to you. You can also get in touch with Spotify through Twitter, and Facebook.
