My Question or Issue

 I have a premium account and since a couple of weeks I think my account is linked with someone else his account.

I have spotify on my Phone and my daughter (also iPhone). All of a sudden when listening, the playlists changes and I see it is playing from a different device. The playlist are in a different language (French) so it can't be that we gave the account to someone else. I also do not think it's hacked. I login via Facebook. I changed my FB account password. My daughter was not able to login anymore but when I listened after a while the other person is listening to his music. What can be wrong and how can it be fixed? I also logged everybody out and changed FB password.
