Even after reinstalling spotify OSX app my playlists are all missing, the ability to play an album is gone, it only plays one song then goes to a radio station that isn't mine. My account is showing up as just a number in the top of the app as well.
Some of my suggested is right, and some of my artists list is right, but the app is pretty much unusable without all my saved stuff or the ability to play an album or playlist.

Appears there was a security issue, but all things were reset and restored.

Have you done any changes to your account ? disconnecting FB based account ? changing your subscription ?

No I just logged into my computer as normal and it was like this. Iv'e been on the paid family plan for years and hooked upto my facebook that whole time. No other changes that are notable.
I've also completely uninstalled by deleting cache folders, application support folders, and application then restarting and reinstalling.
After reinstall the same account issues persist.
On my iPad i do not have these issues at all, just on my mac.
