Account is empty and music list is removed?

Hi,

Since december 2014 my music list is gone.

I had a premium account.

But when i login now, its empty.

All my personal settings are gone.

I also have now the option "Upgrade", but a premium member didn't have that.

I hope that i can get my list back and my account. (already paid).

I send 2 weeks ago an e-mail, but no response...

Still have problem.

Follow the instruction, but after re-login everything still empty.

You should get in touch with the spotify support team by using the online contact form or by tweeting @SpotifyCares on twitter. They should be able to fix this for you.

If you get an auto reply back directing you to the help pages, just reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the employees will get back to you as soon as possible.
