Account linked with Facebook - can't change email

I have changed an Internet Service Provider after 11 years with the same one and now they are shutting down my very first e-mail address (that was made on their mailbox) that I used at the beginning of my journey with WWW. I used it also to register to Facebook and later I used Facebook to register to Spotify. Now I have to change an e-mail address in Spotify and it is sending me to Facebook where I already did this.

So on my FB there is already new e-mail.

On my Spotify account there is not. It still shows the old one.

How to change it?

It should change automatically, but you can get in touch with Spotify to request a manually email change from the contact form.

Unfotrunatelly it's still the same and I changed FB e-mail at least 3 days ago. I just used that contact form of yours. TY
