How do I reach customerservice of Spotify?

my daughter had created an account with a wrong email address, and she paid for premium, and the email sent to her cannot reach her now!

 

How to change an email Address?

How to ask for a refund?

and why did she get charged 9,99 euro instead of 99 cents?

 

any help on this

In order to change the email address on the account to the correct one you can contact Spotify here:

 

https://support.spotify.com/us/contact-spotify-anonymous/

 

For Spotify's refund policy please see here:

 

https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/payment_help/refund-policy/

 

Finally, just to confirm could you let me know if you had any email confirmation for the amount, and let me know the charge please (in the email).

Hi,

 

The emailadress from my account isn't working anymore. I want to change my adress in to my private emailadress but the system says my private emailadress is already used. Long time ago I made an account with my private emailadress but that didn't work. So I used my work emailadress. I think there is the problem but I don't know how to solve it. Can you help me? Thanks!
