Account not accessible (using Facebook and/or E-mail)

For some weeks now, I cannot access my Spotify account. I’ve a premium account and I always automatically logged in via Facebook. Suddenly I cannot enter my account via Facebook. When I use the password recovery link, Spotify doesn’t know my E-mail address as well. I also have tested the opportunity to create a new account using the same old E-mail address and of course I get the message that it’s already been used.

So... main question is how can I enter my premium account again? Or second question is… Is Spotify able to unlock my account again?

Update: 

For some reason I can access my account only web based. See print screens, but when I try to access my account details, all browsers show a blank screen.
