Account not active, can't log in, still charged

Account not active, can't log in, still charged

Hi,

 

I've been trying to log into spotify on the play store app, but I got an error saying password or email is wrong. So I clicked forgotten password and put in my email, I then got an error saying my email isn't associated with an active account, but I'm still being charged. To create this post i had to creat a new account because it wouldn't let me log in here either. Can you help please?
