Account not stating when my plan started or expires. Poor billing practices, no reciepts

Account not stating when my plan started or expires. Poor billing practices, no reciepts

Premium Family

Canada

Iphone, Ipad, Imac etc.

Not a very user friendly account page. Much missing information.

Can't find anywhere on site that shows start date or expiry. Reciept pages not showing.

I got an email for renewal as my card had expired. I paid for a full year May 2019-May 2020 and now they want to start billing me monthly in February 2020? I prefer to pay for full year in one shot.

Thanks for any help or guidance

Hi there @Corkyatyyz,

thanks for reaching out about this !

Have you tried logging in and taking a look here ?

Waiting on your update 🙂

Yes I have logged in.

Not details on expiry or reciepts.

All it says is

"Payment failed
You'll lose Premium soon if we can't process this month's payment. Please update your payment details and check your card balance, and we'll retry in a few days."

My renewal should be in May and I pay yearly which it does not show.

makes no sense?

No redress?

Hi there @Corkyatyyz,

Thanks for posting! We'll be glad to help shed more light onto the subject.

So, just to make sure we're on the same page - you've paid for an yearly subscription, right?

You've also given the info that your subscription is Premium Family. Have you upgraded to Premium Family after paying for one year?

If  that's the case, bear in mind that when you have a Premium recurring subscription, you're charged on the same date each month. If you choose an early subscription, your Premium will expire in one year's time.

When you subscribe to Premium Family your billing date (monthly or after a year) changes because of the price difference between Premium and Premium Family. As soon as you update your payment details, you get Premium Family while you have paid for Premium. When the Premium time you have paid for runs out (sooner because of Premium Family), your payment date is changed as well.

Keep us posted!
