Account problems, device password problems, NO progress from SPOTIFY support

Account problems, device password problems, NO progress from SPOTIFY support

Ive been trying to resolve account and device password issues with Spotify for more than a week now and i am VERY frustrated. Ive submitted cases #02803600 and #02799876 no NO RESPONSE from spotify.

 

I finally tried support @spotify.com and got a response but of course NO RESOLUTION. Only promises to help and then NOTHING. reference case ref:_00DD0pxIW._500D0u5tZS:ref

 

My issues are simple:

  1. Unlink Facebook from my account
  2. Create a new account with my same user name and email if necessarry - 
  3. Provide a device passoword for my Logitech Squeezebox

At this rate I am beginning to think Spotify sucks and are about to loose yet another customer due to thier horrible customer support model.

 

please help immediately or im off to spread the word and just go back to Pandora or Tidal.
