Account recovery

So I have a free account for spotify that I made for my ps4. I can still use it on ps5 and such but because I can't access the email associated to make the spotify account. it's locked to just the PS devices. I would like to know if its possible for help to update the email to one I can actually access. I don't know what kind of info might be needed but I can provide when requested/needed
