Hi,

after I had forgotten my password yesterday, I changed it by the option 'Reset password'.

Now I'm very surprised, because my premium and playlists are not visible.

On what is this?

Have you ever created an account or logged in via facebook?

 

If so, It's possible you have a second account - one account with a Spotify username, the other created and linked to your Facebook profile. Try logging in with each to access your Premium.
