Account stuck

I haven't been using my account for 6 months but already have the time restriction, my problem number 1. On top off that I'm now stuck on 0 minutes for quite some time now. I reinstalled it and thought the problem was solved until I wanted to play music, 0 minutes popped right back into place. And yes it has been longer then 1 week, it has been like this for some time. Can this please be fixed: 6 months and 0 minutes problem. Cause I'm kind off stuck and it is really annoying.
