Account used by someone else - now all automated playlists are filled with **bleep** music

Someone obviously managed to log into my Spotify account 2-3 months ago and used it for a while. Logged out all devices, changed password, problem solved. I thought..

My "discover weekly", my "release radar" and several other automated playlists are still "infected" with the (for my taste) crappy music this unauthorized user managed to play. I have tried everything to get rid of it and deleted whatever I could find, but still this latino-salsa-ballad-**bleep** shows up among my music.

What can I do? I thought it would fix itself after a couple weeks, but I am still stuck with so much **bleep** that the automated playlists are more or less useless at the moment..
