Hi I've tried purchasing spotify premium via the college discount twice, I was charged the $0.00 however I have not upgraded.
I contacted support a few days ago and replied to the automated email, yet I still haven't recieved a response. Case number

When you enter your payment details with your student discount, you will have the 30-Day Free Trial, which will give you Premium service. Log out and back in to the app. If still on Free, contact the support team and let them know it hasn't been activated yet.

I've tried logging out and in, and reinstalling and trying on multiple devices. I contacted support days ago and have not recieved a response

Have you checked if you have another account?
Try logging in with your username and password (one account) or Facebook details (another account).The discount must've applied to one of them.
*If you created your account with your details, email, username and password, and then one day, you opened it using your Facebook details, that creates another account.

Ive been having the same problem. Ive tried numerous times to contact support, but have gotten no help so far. After I put in my credit card information, it either takes me to an error page after hitting confirm, or takes me back to the spotify homepage. This is very frustraighting.

I have got the discount before Paypal. Now it isnt allowing me to upgrade using the student discount again.
@MLA9741 - Ah you will run into issues if you have a discount subscription, then cancel it and then wish to resubscribe again. You will need to get in touch with the payments team directly using the online contact form as they will need to work some magic on your account.
If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

I can't even submit a claim. I'm having the exact same problem except in addition when I try to submit anything in the contact us form is asks me to login and then type it out again.
