Adding Offline Devices

Could you tell me how I add offline devices tomy account?

You can download playlists for offline use on up to 3 devices by following this guide:

If you want to remove a device so that you can add another, click on the offline devices section of the account page:

 I have a premium subscription, but my devices (I did not have more than accepted- just three) suddenly started registering as 'Spotify Free". I have tried every suggested help step, including deleting, reinstalling, and restarting, and now have NO devices showing up.  It apparently erased all of my playlists, and gives you no URL to add devices. The reinstall did not work on ANY devices. I am beyond frustrated as I have been trying to get these reconnected almost all day.
