Adding member to family plan

Adding member to family plan

I recently upgraded to the family plan and sent the invite via code to my daughter. When we click.on the link to add her to the plan, no matter how we try to sign her in, it comes up with an error that says it appears she is already a premium nember. I have even logged myself out on her device and it appears to keep bringing up my account when we try to get her logged in. How do I go about putting her on my family plan on her phone?

This is something I would do.

 

If your daughter has her own premium account, try cancelling it and try giving her the code and see if it will work.

No....she doesn't have her own account. Not even free account

Thats interesting, but if she doesnt have an account how can it say she's premium already? Weird.

 

Wish I could help.

Did this get resolved I have the same issue.  😞
