J'ai le même problème, c'est également un cadeau de Noël et j'aimerais beaucoup l'avoir pour le 24. Après une 10ène de mails sans réponse, je perds patiente.
Mon compte a bien évidemment été débité, mais je n'ai toujours reçu aucune carte par mail! J'ai eu mon reçu mais pas de code PIN. Que dois-je faire ?? C'est insuportable !
