Hey,

 

I'm managing the Artist Sarah-Jane who has a few projects on Spotify.

Is there a reason why some of our uploads apear on another artists profile?

 

There are currently 2 profiles with that name. "Sarah-Jane" and "Sarah - Jane"

This is quite confusing for us and her fanbase. This also given the fact that there are several artists using that same name.

 

So u guess i have 2 requests. 

1: Can those 2 profiles be merged into 1?

2: Is there any way to claim this profile so we are the only one using this name? 

Looking at all the other releases with this name we are by far the most listened artist.

Please be aware that responses may take anywhere from 24-48 hours depending on the volume of tickets support is currently handling.

In regards to the contact form, upon filling it out you should receive a confirmation email, usually a generic message containing the information you provided and instructions to visit these forums. If after 24 hours you do not hear back from a support team member, please reply directly back to the confirmation email, even if it originates from a no-reply address. If you do not receive this confirmation email, please check your spam folder.
