Am I being hacked?

My Question or Issue

 I'm starting to see a ton of songs and albums I've never played or even heard of in my 'recently played' section and sometimes my phone starts randomly playing said songs all of a sudden, without me pressing any button. Might this be because my account is being hijacked?
