Another artist is using my artist account to post music

Hey guys,

Through CDbaby I have a song that has been published on Spotify. However, there was somebody who previously published a song as "Kidd Ambition" so now there are two songs published under the same artist account: Kidd Ambition. One of mine and one of his. 

I am trying to avoid both of us posting under the same artist account name "Kidd Ambition". How do I solve this issue?

I legally trademarked "Kidd Ambition" through uspto so I offically own this name. FYI.
